Who We Are
OIB Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to improving the social, economic, and health well-being of vulnerable communities.
We were established to respond to the real challenges that prevent individuals and families from meeting their basic needs, accessing opportunities, and living healthy, dignified, and productive lives. We believe that lasting change is possible when communities are empowered to shape their own development.
Our work is guided by strong values of integrity, compassion, collaboration, sustainability, and impact, and aligned with global development goals focused on reducing poverty, improving health, promoting decent work, and reducing inequalities.
What We Do
We address the root causes of vulnerability by designing and implementing programs that focus on:
- Access to essential services, including health-related support and community well-being initiatives
- Sustainable livelihoods, through skills development, income-generating activities, and economic empowerment
- Social inclusion, ensuring marginalized and vulnerable groups are heard, supported, and included in development processes
Our interventions are people-centered and aim to create measurable improvements in living conditions, economic stability, and overall quality of life.
How We Work
We believe meaningful change happens with communities, not for them.
OIB Foundation works hand-in-hand with community members, local leaders, and partners at every stage, from identifying needs and designing solutions to implementation and evaluation. This collaborative approach ensures that our programs are locally relevant, culturally respectful, and sustainable beyond project timelines.
We prioritize long-term solutions over short-term aid by strengthening local capacity, promoting ownership, and continuously learning from evidence and community feedback. Through transparency, accountability, and strong partnerships, we strive to deliver impact that lasts
